CALM DOWN!!! is a playful and energetic family performance about our most feared emotion: anger. Three cellists take you on a journey through all kinds of situations in which anger arises, is quietly pushed down, only to explode in front of the wrong person. For everyone who sometimes, often, or never gets angry; directed by Belle van Heerikhuizen, with new compositions by Job Greuter.

Is anger a good or a bad emotion? What happens if you never get angry? How do you set boundaries? And why do we get angry when other people else disagree with us? What does anger actually sound like? Can you be angry and keep listening at the same time? CALM DOWN!!! explores how to be angry without destroying everything. Discover that being angry really doesn’t have to be so frightening – and that you can give each other space, even in the middle of a storm.
