Emerging in whispers

To inhale a spirit, that is what inspiration stands for. Through an inbreath, a presence enters the body and that unexpected visit can indeed feel otherworldly. With the voice at its centre, this concert reflects on where inspiration comes from, and who these visiting spirits might be. 

Singer and composer Irene Sorozábal presents her new performance, Lend Your Body to the Muses, alongside several works by composers with whom she closely collaborates: Manuel Sánchez García, Cecilia Arditto, and Georgi Sztojanov, among others. The programme includes contemporary compositions for voice, bass clarinet, and electronics.
