Blast Off! (2+)

Journey into deep space with star recorder player and explorer Sarah and her collection of extraordinary flutes! Tiny, huge, round, or even square – Sarah has recorders in every shape and size imaginable. She uses them to play music ranging from the 14th century to the distant future. She has already built her rocket, washed and ironed her spacesuit, and is ready to blast off toward the stars. But this mission requires your assistance!

Few things bring Sarah Jeffery as much joy as the recorder. On social media, she creates videos sharing everything there is to know about the instrument. She is a true ‘recorder-fluencer’! During this concert, she will show you the incredible worlds and adventures music can unlock. From journeying through black holes to meeting mysterious aliens and traveling through time – the power of music makes it all possible.
