Synthesis of jazz, pop and classical
The Metropole Orkest and saxophonist Jasper Blom brought to life a musical encounter that fused jazz, pop, classical and improvisation. This concert was entirely dedicated to their joint album that was released not long before the concert.
During this concert a long-cherished wish of Blom came true: working with the versatile Metropole Orchestra. It became an evening in which his supple, expressive playing and the rich orchestral sound reinforced each other in a musical journey through genres and emotions.
