Interested in organizing an event at the Muziekgebouw? Your Muziekgebouw journey starts with a customized tour by Hester or her colleague. Because you have already told us something about the event you have in mind, we will tailor the tour to that.

“As there is so much we can tell and show about the Muziekgebouw, we prefer to make it as concrete as possible for the client. We discuss the goal of your event, and will give you ideas on how the Muziekgebouw can be your stage for success. We paint a picture of the possibilities that can bring the concept to life. At the end of the tour, you will have a good idea of what your event could look like at our venue.

Using photos, videos and floor plans, we show the possibilities. We discuss questions such as:

•  How to use the Entreehal for receiving and registering guests?
•  What role do the Foyerdecks play? 
•  Do you require any space for stands from partners or suppliers? 
•  Where will food and drinks be served?
•  Where will the break-out sessions take place?

Finally, we will show the possibilities for branding in and around the building. The options are endless in this area as well; from illuminating the building in the colours of your company, to displaying the corporate logo on the glass walls of the Muziekgebouw, transforming the building into a radiant beacon and captivating Amsterdam with your story.”

In addition to the location, this includes aspects such as catering, technology, branding and online/hybrid options. The quote provides the client with the information they need to make an informed decision, while the precise details can be fleshed out later.

“Once the decision is made to host the event at the Muziekgebouw, a second tour with all parties involved will follow. Together with our technical producer, caterer, and corporate events team, we will dive into the details. Once we have meticulously ironed out the details, we can draw up a rental agreement.”

From that moment on, we are one team that will turn this event into a great success. On request, the caterer prepares a tasting. The floor manager goes through the anchoring script in detail with the client. At the end of this meeting, everyone knows what his or her role is. This way we ensure that everyone is on the same page and feeling their best, paving the way for a shared success.”
