Early music, new music, ambient, Latvian music, the musical revolution of the 1960s and, to top it all off, Bach’s complete Kunst der Fuge. The extraordinary Fokker organ really shows its many colours this season. With its thirty-one tones per octave, the organ is capable of not only the pure meantone temperament, but also of brutal clusters and elegant microtonal new worlds full of unheard sound sensations.
