Opening hours
The box office counter is open from Monday through to Saturday from 15:00 until the start of the concert. On other days the counter opens 1.5 hours before the concert starts. The box office can also be reached by telephone during these hours.

Buying tickets
Online
You can buy tickets online at any time of the day on our website. To order online, you will need an account. First add all your concerts to your shopping cart, and then choose your seats/tickets. You can pay with iDeal, credit card (Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard) or Podium Cadeaukaart (national gift card).

• For box office opening hours, see top of this page.
• If you order tickets by phone up to one week before the concert, you can pay with a one-off direct debit, Podium Cadeaukaart payment (Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard). You will receive the tickets by post (extra costs € 3).
• If you order tickets by phone in the last week before the concert, we can no longer send the tickets. You can pick up your tickets on the night of the concert. Reserved tickets must be picked up at least 45 minutes before the concert.
Visit the box office
The box office is open Monday to Saturday from 15:00 until the start of the evening concert. Closed on other days until 1.5 hours prior to a concert.
Waiting list
If a concert is sold out, we can place you on a waiting list for available seats until the day before the concert. Please call the box office. We will contact you when tickets become available.
