Minimal Sound Ceremony

Een 60 minuten durende geluidsceremonie met de helende kracht van Tibetaanse klankschalen en stimulerende, rustgevende klanken. Onder het motto ‘relax into the simplicity of Being’ begeleiden Daniel en Sjoerd je in de wereld van geluiden, geuren en positieve vibraties.

De oude Tibetaanse klankschalen zijn gekoppeld aan de zeven chakra’s of energiecentra. Wanneer deze dicht langs je lichaam bespeelt worden kunnen deze een ontspannen en helend werken. Tegelijkertijd wordt op de achtergrond een rustgevende soundscape gecreëerd als ondersteuning voor diepe ontspanning. Een geluidsreis ontworpen om diep naar binnen te duiken.

For this 60 minute sound ceremony Daniel and Sjoerd bring together the healing power of Tibetan sound bowls, and the soothing, stimulating sounds of Heart instruments like the RAV drum, sansula and other unheard instruments. The theme of these sessions; ‘relax into the simplicity of Being’.

You will be guided into a world of sounds, smells and vibrational healings. With the ancient Tibetan Bowls, we will work through your chakras from the base to the crown. (A chakra is like a whirling, vortex-like powerhouse of energy within our bodies. Seven major chakras are governed by spiritual laws, principles of consciousness that we can use to cultivate greater harmony)

While you sit or lay down, you allow yourself to relax and to connect with whatever arises in your energy field. We will then play the vibrational bowls closely along your body which can have a releasing and cleansing effect. At the same time a soothing soundscape is created in the background as a support for deep relaxation.
