A heavenly combination of voices and trumpet 

‘An impressive boy band of six young singers’, according to SWR Kultur, returns to the Muziekgebouw after a Christmas programme (2022) and an Easter programme (2026). One of the youngest branches on the tree of England’s rich choral tradition, following in the footsteps of the King’s Singers, The Gesualdo Six dives into the heavenly combination of voices and trumpet across the centuries alongside the equally young trumpeter Matilda Lloyd. 
  
In just ten years, The Gesualdo Six has built an impressive discography. Today, the singers bring their album Radiant Dawn to the stage. ‘A mesmerising journey from dawn to dusk. This is an ingenious and moving collection of pieces framed as the interplay between light and dark’, according to BBC Music Magazine. To hear The Gesualdo Six live is to be part of a celebration of stunningly beautiful harmony, where individual voices meld into a single, sonorous whole.
