SpeelS (2-4)

An illustrator and a violinist and on the floor a large, blank sheet. All the children sit around it. Then the music starts and lines slowly appear on the paper. Where does this go to? Music, images and movement come together on paper. And the children draw and dance along!

SpeelS (‘playful’) is a wordless experience in which children are introduced to the interaction between images and music. Violinist Tessa Zoutendijk and illustrator Gerard de Bruyne engage the children in the pleasure of creating something out of nothing, while they draw.
