A melancholic program featuring Bach, Boulanger, and more

‘With her beautifully warm, free voice and immense originality, Fee completely captivates her audience. She has a refined stage presence and stunning technical mastery’, said the Dutch Classical Talent jury about Fee Suzanne de Ruiter. This young talent will perform works by Bach, Boulanger, and Berio, among others, in a programme centred on melancholy – an elusive emotion, yet one felt by everyone. 

Dutch Classical Talent is a promotional programme for talented young Dutch musicians. Laureates include Tania Kross, Lavinia Meijer, Nora Fischer, the Van Baerle Trio and the Berlage Saxophone Quartet, to name but a few noteworthy names. Talent in itself is not enough to make it to the finals of Dutch Classical Talent. Participants are expected to present unique and stimulating programmes, a clear vision and a touch of boldness.
