Oud Competition Final

As part of the Ud Festival, the second edition of the Oud Competition will be organised in 2026. During this competition, national and international oud talents between the ages of 16 and 30 will compete for the Saïd Chraibi Prize, named after the legendary Moroccan oud player. 

The participants will be judged by a panel of renowned oud masters. The competition will be held in November 2026 at various locations: the semi-finals at MAQAM (the Amsterdam Andalusian Orchestra’s cultural centre) and the final at the Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ.
