Podiumpas gives you unlimited access to concerts and performances for for €38,50 per month. Not only with us, but at over 70 affiliated venues across the Netherlands. You can book your tickets starting 30 days before the concert. 

The pass is for individual use only, non-transferable, and can be cancelled monthly after 4 months. You can buy the pass online via Podiumpas.nl.

How does it work?
Do you already have a Podiumpas? We look forward to seeing you! It is possible to reserve Podiumpas tickets yourself via this website 30 days before a concert. This is done in two steps:

1. Activate an online account at the Muziekgebouw (you only need to do this once)
2. Book Podiumpas tickets online with your account

Please note! It is no longer possible to reserve Podiumpas tickets by phone or email.

We’ll first register your Podiumpas number to activate a Podiumpas account. Fill in the information below, and you’ll receive an email confirming your request within a few business days. After that, you’ll only need to complete one more step to finish your registration.

Please note: Only one pass number can be registered per email address.

1. Log in to your account.
2. If you’re already logged in, click the Muziekgebouw logo at the top of the screen. You’ll be taken to the homepage.
3. Go to the concert for which you want tickets and select your seat(s) on the seating chart. When selecting your seats, choose the Podiumpas ticket type
   Note: The Podiumpas ticket type becomes available 30 days before the concert, but only if you’re logged into your account and only for seats with a Normal price of up to € 50. You cannot book tickets for other Podiumpas holders within your account.
   - Want to add more tickets? Select additional seats with the Normal type.
4. Complete the rest of the booking process. If you’re only booking a Podiumpas ticket, you don’t need to pay anything. You’ll receive your ticket(s) in your inbox immediately after completing the booking.

• You can reserve your ticket starting 30 days before the concert and up until 2 hours before it begins. This applies only to concerts with a normal ticket price of up to €50.
• Tickets cannot be reserved by phone or email.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. You can download your e-ticket right from the confirmation email. This ticket is your valid admission pass and will be scanned at the venue entrance. So you don’t need to stop by the box office.
• Always bring your Podiumpas with you when you visit. Without a valid Podiumpas, you may be denied entry.
• Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance begins. If the Podiumpas number we have on file turns out to be invalid, we’ll notify you on the day of the performance. If the performance is sold out and we haven’t received a valid pass number, your reservation will be canceled 15 minutes before the performance begins.
• The pass is personal and non-transferable. This means you can reserve one ticket per pass. If you’d like to bring someone along, you can purchase additional tickets at the regular rate.
• The Podiumpas can be used for virtually all regular concerts at the Muziekgebouw, but there are a few exceptions, such as events hosted by external parties.
• Is your Podiumpas linked to your account (step 1) and are you logged in? If so, the Podiumpas ticket type will be visible for concerts where the Podiumpas can be used. If this ticket type isn’t listed, unfortunately, the Podiumpas cannot be used for that concert.

Please let us know as soon as possible using the form below if you are unable to attend, so we can make someone else happy with concert tickets. It is possible for multiple passholders to cancel (please use the comments field for this).
